The formation of the Texas Hispanic Republican Caucus marks a significant development in the Texas Legislature, highlighting a newfound cohesion among the Hispanic Republican members across both chambers of the Texas Capitol. The Caucus members aim to, in a bi-cameral fashion, amplify the voices and priorities of conservative Hispanics from across the state.
